At Innovateuedu, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a refund and return policy as outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and it must be in the original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Some items are non-returnable, including:

  • Custom portraits or personalized items
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products

3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@innovateuedu.com. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.

4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at support@innovateuedu.com.
